Dr. Hart graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001. Dr. Hart was a chiropractic patient before he ever became a chiropractor. Like many chiropractic patients he had suffered with low back pain for a long time. It wasn’t until a friend suggested that he try chiropractic for his low back pain that he finally got relief. The relief he received from chiropractic care changed his quality of life and the direction of his career. It convinced him to pursue a career in chiropractic so that he could help others improve their quality of life in the same way.

Dr. Hart uses the Gonstead technique, representing the ultimate standard in “hands on” spinal adjusting of chiropractic care. Since graduating Dr. Hart has taken hundreds of hours of continued education in:

  • Supportive chiropractic care
  • Functional rehab – Over 150 hrs, including many hrs in Rock tape (Kinesiotape)
  • Myofascial techniques to help support the chiropractic adjustment
  • Mckenzie method- This is a system of assessing and treating spinal disc dysfunctions such as bulging or herniated disc using corrective exercise strategies to restore normal disc function
  • Thompson Tech- Very gentle low force adjustment that uses a special chiropractic table to aid the doctor in making a corrective chiropractic adjustment
  • Webster technique- used in pregnancy to help optimize the mother’s pelvic function
  • Concussions
  • Sports related treatment techniques-Dr Hart took many different classes on preventing injury in a wide range of sports including golf, and swimming
  • Extremity adjustments- specific rehabilitation of the shoulders and knees

When Dr. Hart is not treating patients he enjoys spending time with his family. He has two girls, two boys and a wonderful wife. You can often find them out and about in the Geneva community.
